ENTERING A SANCTIONED RACE:
  •  Quarter Division: 
  • ​Team Fearless Provides 4 additional divisions for competitors to win through our unique Quarter Division concept that allows contestants to cash out in awards and payouts when they missed placing in the main producer’s race.
  • ​The quarter division is paid out by a 0.25 second split off each first-place time in each division of the Main Producing Race. This Split is tailored to allow for Team members to win prize and or cash payouts when they miss placing in the main race. As well as allow us to add more opportunities for contestants of the main producers race to win. Ultimately resulting in more Fearless contestants who have more chances of winning at each sanctioned race.
POINT DISTRIBUTION:
  • EQUAL POINTS: TEAM FEARLESS BEST RACES IN THE NATION  AS WELL AS THE BONUS POINT RACES WILL HAVE EQUAL POINTS REGARLESS OF ENTRY NUMBERS. EACH DIVISION WILL HAVE EQUAL POINTS. 
  • ​POINTS ARE AWARDED TO EACH MEMBER AT EACH SANCTIONED RACE BASED ON THE PLACE THE COMPETITOR FINISHED WITHIN THEIR DIVISION. FIRST PLACE IS EQUAL TO 100 POINTS. 90 TH PLACE IS EQUAL TO 10 POINTS. ANY PLACE BELOW 90 WILL RECEIVE 10 POINTS. ANY NO TIMES WILL RECIEVE 5 POINTS AND SCRATCH WILL RECEIVE 0 POINTS. ANY PARTICIPANT WITH A TIME THAT IS GREATER THAN 0.50 OF THE LAST DIVISION WILL RECIEVE 5 POINTS. 
  • ​TF top 40 most Fearless Races in the Nation: POINTS ACCUMILATED AT THE TF BEST RACES IN THE NATION WILL COUNT FOR REGIONAL AS WELL AS world TITLES.
  • REGIONAL POINT RACES: POINTS ACCUMILATED AT A BONUS POINT RACE WILL COUNT FOR REGIONAL TITLES ONLY.
  • ​RACES PER REGION: THERE WILL BE X AMOUNT OF REGIONAL RACES WITHIN EACH PARTICIPATING STATE OF EACH REGION. (WHEN APPLICAPLE) 
  • ​THERE WILL BE 5-10 SELECTED TF BEST RACES IN NATION WITHIN EACH REGION
  • ​ALL OF EQUAL POINTS. 
Main Race Results: 0.50 second split
Division 1: 17.0
Division 2: 17.50
Division 3: 18.0
Division 4: 18.50

Ride Fearless Results: 0.25 second split off each first-place time in the main race:
Division 1: 17.25
Division 2: 17.75
Division 3: 18.25
Division 4: 18.75
RIDE FEARLESS INCENTIVE:  
  •  FREE ENTRY Quarter Division ran 0.25 seconds off of each winning time in TF BEST RACE IN NATION Main Race Open . To allow Team Fearless Members to win Championship awards even if they fall in the cracks!
  • ​100% Payout Quarter Division: Rather win money enter this 100% payout with the same quarter d concept. ( WHEN APPLICAPLE )
  • ​Fantasy Team Owners compete for big payouts at each race!
  • ​Races are held Regionally to allow members to stay close to home while being FEARLESS in the pursuit of their Barrel Racing Dreams. INCLUDING A CHANCE TO WIN REGIONAL TITLES!
FREE RIDE FEARLESS INCENTIVE:
  •  Members are automatically entered into the Free Ride Fearless INCENTIVE (quarter division award side pot.) at each of the TEAM Fearless co approved Best Races in the Nation. There is no additional entry fee or entry form for this specific side pot. The Ride Fearless Side Pot is run with the same quarter division concept as above and pays out in Championship Awards per each quarter division. This is a member only side pot. First place in each division will be awarded a championship trophy buckle. Second and third place in each division will be awarded partnered sponsor products as available. 
RIDE 100% FEARLESS SIDE POT:
  •  The Ride 100% Fearless side pot is the same quarter division concept as above with an added entry fee of $25.00 plus a $5-$10 office charge per race. This side pot will pay out 100% of entry fees received at each race. This side pot is tailored to allow contestants to win cash payouts when they miss out winning money in the main race. This unique 100% payout format will sometimes pay more than the main race divisions. The Ride 100% Fearless side pots are available at the co approved Bonus Races. Entry forms are only available through the Team Fearless Racing Website. All payments will be through Team Fearless Racing website and will not be accepted on any other platform. Any attempts to contact the main race producer, secretary, or staff regarding entry information for Ride Fearless Side pots may result in a $15 fine. All questions regarding memberships and Ride Fearless Side pot entry’s may be submitted through the Information submission form located at TeamFearlessRacing.com. These rules are set in place to protect the hard work and privacy of the Main Race Producers.
PAYOUT:
All Payouts will be made through Team Fearless Racing and not the Main race secretary or staff. Any attempt to collect payouts through the Main race staff will be subject to $15 fine.

TEAM FEARLESS MEMBERS ONLY REGIONAL & NATIONAL FINALS:
SB Team Fearless Barrel Racing is taking your membership funds and adding it to the ADDED MONEY at the Team Fearless National Finals! The National Finals will have an 85% payout!  There are NO QUALIFICATIONS for the Team Fearless National Finals. Ride Fearless on Team Fearless with a Team Fearless Membership!
NATIONAL FINALS QUALIFICATIONS:
  •  Team Fearless NATIONAL FINALS. 
  • ​k added cash and awards
  • ​k cash 85% payout
  • ​5d equal payout
  • Tally of Divisional points: is the total number of points per horse.
  • NATIONAL FINALS will be CENTRALLY LOCATED. November 1, 2023 in Las Vegas, NV
  • ​ All members are eligible to compete in the national finals.
  • ​​ The Membership Fee and application must be submitted prior to the first runner of the main race the contestant would like to count toward regional finals awards.
  • ​Team Members qualify for the regional finals by submitting an annual membership fee and application.
  • ​memberships available until start of first round of national finals.
  • ​each Team Fearless regional championships will be tallied prior to finals!  no national finals points will count toward regional championships for the 2022 season. Regional Championship banquet will be held at the tf national finals after the conclusion of the main race.
  • ​Team Fearless National Finals points will count toward each world Championship title. World championship titles and awards as well as the National finals champions will be awarded during a brief banquet ceremony at the conclusion of the last round of the main race.
  • ​There will be one round with two chances to win! each run from each day of the main race can count toward national finals cash and awards! 
  • ​ Team Fearless National Finals Champions will be Paid out and awarded through Team Fearless Barrel Racing and not through the Main Race entry office or main race secretary’s or staff. Any attempt to collect awards from the main race staff will be subject to a $15 fine.
AWARDS AND STANDINGS:
  •  Team Fearless Members are awarded regional year end awards through the tally of divisional points by the end of the season. This includes the Team fearless best races in the Nation as well as any of the Bonus point Races located in each region.
  • Tally of Divisional points: is the total number of points a competitor has on each separate horse. 
  • ​ Tie breaker: Tie breakers will be first measured on money won in the specific division the horse is ranked in. And then Measured on the number of sanctioned events the horse competed in.
  • ​All Regional Awards are based on the Horse. Each Jockey must be listed as a member. 
  • ​ Regional Awards are based off each single Equine Athletes performance throughout the Season. These stats and rankings are available on the Team Fearless Racing Website.
  • ​All members are eligible to compete in the team fearless national finals.
  • ​All Team Members are eligible for world and regional year end awards.
WORLD TITLES AND AWARDS:
  • Team Fearless Barrel Racing Awards and National Titles are based on and only on the current seasons SB best Races in the Nation results and stats. 
  •  Each WORLD Champion is awarded by the statistical value accumulated through the results and attendance of the SB BEST RACES IN THE NATION.
  • ​ Each WORLD Title is captured by the complete season results of all SB top RACES IN THE NATION.
  • ​ WORLD Championships are only awarded to the horse owner at the time of membership dues.
  • ​Each of the 7 World Champions will Receive a world championship award.
TEAM FEARLESS BARREL RACING RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Team Fearless Barrel Racing, Fearless Products LLC, Fearless Sports LLC, and any representative of the company is not to be held responsible for any damage, loss of use, mental or physical damage to person, equine athlete, or property of its members.
  • The above companies and personnel are not responsible for any cancelation of sanctioned races due to any circumstance.
  • ​Team Fearless Racing will do its best to reschedule additional races in the event of cancelations.
  • ​There will be no annual membership refunds for any reason.
  • ​All Entries are Final and nonrefundable with exception of event cancelation.
  • ​Waivers for each race are signed with the event’s main office.
  • ​By completing your membership application, you agree to Team Fearless Terms and Conditions including release of liability.
  • ​Team Fearless Racing is a licensed Fantasy gaming operator who is in compliance with participating state fantasy gaming laws.
TEAM FEARLESS PRODUCER BENEFITS:
  • Your contestants compete for World, National and Regional Titles based on accumulative performance points at your race and the other top 40 Races in the Nation. Promoting More Entries For your Race
  • ​Extra 5 divisions Awarded at your race in the Quarter Division Format. Allowing your contestants to win award and cash payouts through the Ride Fearless membership Side pot when they fall in the cracks at your race. ( top 40 races only)
  • ​3 extra bonus races: Team Fearless Racing will provide the 100% payout quarter division at each of your bonus races. Bonus races do count toward regional standings. Bonus races do not count toward national standings. bonus races will not be provided championship buckles.
  • ​All sb top races in nation results and stats are grouped to allow fans to play Fantasy Racing. Ultimately Promoting your production in a way never seen before in the industry.
  • ​National and Regional Producer of the year awards and Acknowledgment based on member votes: Best Production, Payout and contestant service. 
  • ​Titled as one of the Top  Fearless Races in the Nation. Scheduled with fellow top races in the Nation on the Team Fearless Website.
  • ​Advertisement as Top Race in The Nation on all social media platforms. Entry Reminders for your race to all Team Members. Race Flier, entry form and link located on top 40 in the Nation schedule.

Team Fearless Barrel Racing has big goals for the members! Planning to do things the Barrel Racing world has yet to see. The number one goal is to keep the members first and provide as many incentives as possible as memberships grow. Ultimately Partnering up as a Team with Producers and Competitors to make the sport of Barrel Racing Fearless!
